Shipping & Delivery

If you are unsure as to if your delivery address is covered as it is not in our delivery list please call our florist who will be pleased to help. Orders can be received up until 10.00am for same day delivery, after this time please call our florist.

Deliveries to listed areas are available Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver Sundays or Bank Holidays (Except Mothers Day). We cannot deliver at specific times. Unless to Funeral Directors where we shall deliver two hours before the given Funeral time.

All orders will be delivered during the working day.

Orders are delivered next day unless another delivery date is selected.

Delivery is not available on Sundays or public holidays (we do deliver on Mothering Sunday). To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the delivery address and telephone number. We will not be held responsible for details given incorrectly: ie Addresses, Dates, Times, Spelling, etc.

Returns & Replacements

Certain flower and plant products may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life. We reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality if a product is unavailable or not to standard. Any issues regarding your order, will be dealt with promptly by Buds & Bows.

We guarantee the freshness of your flowers for 7 days providing care card instructions have been followed. If you wish to change or cancel your order you can do so by calling 01926 266 291.

Prices include VAT at the current rate. Prices are subject to change without notice. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions.
